these three girls are more alike then i thought. all have their own individual personalities, quarks, and demons, but all have the most tender hearts at the same time. at 2, 4, and 6 this little ladies were for sure molded from the same clay.
em has 5 uncles. all of which play video games. all of them. she wanted to do them proud. and proud she was when she "thought" she was playing an intense game of something..
we stopped for new windshield wipers. she stopped for her first glimpse of snow. boy oh boy did she enjoy it. and boy oh boy could i see a lot better driving through cedar city.
it's almost midnight.. i realize i have not pulled out my camera yet today.. so here we are.. on my iphone giving a shout out to all my vegas ladies as i pass through.
but i am out of town.. and i have been faithfully pulling out my camera every day, just not uploading. i'll be gone for another week.. so for all 5 of you faithful readers who i am sure are at the edge of your seats every single morning to see the days event.. i'll be back soon.
apparently there is no one on your staff who has children. i mean com'mon.. who in their right mind would want to hand something like this to a child if it were going to make their kid this messy. really?
regards, a really ticked off mom who just finished the laundry and now has to clean this up
remember how my sundays were going to be about the kids dressed up in their sunday bests? well they weren't around.. and i flew solo.. so here i am all dressed up. solo.
that's about four inches and rising in my back patio. no big deal.
you know beautiful huntington beach? well today we were on tornado watch. raindrops the size of coke cans, parking lots turned to lakes, and i still made it to walmart.
and today is suppose to be the least of it. looking forward to the next two days inside!
i go to get the kids up from their naps and i find emmy with her pillow and blankets in dane's crib. he is normally covered in numerous stuffed animals, books, cars, his train set... if it's in the room, it's in his crib.
today i was busy.. like really busy. too busy to pull out my camera. until about 11:15 when i realized that i needed one.. and all i had on hand was my point and shoot.
at a bridal shower for that babe with the dark hair. love her.
my little emmy is a sweetheart. she is always soft with others, she shares without me asking most of the time, and is generally concerned and cares for those around her.
it's just her.. because i didn't teach her any of it.
we were discharged from the hospital today! my birthday! so my weekly "selfie"
i gave myself one and only one chance. i was only going to close the shutter one time. so here it is.. my "oh crap! the cupcake is about to fall" face.
is it weird that my 2 year old can navigate an iphone better then anyone i know? youtube videos, games, and the paint program she can get to on her own. what ever happened to books and crayons?
Sundays for my 365 project are supposed to be "all dressed up" day. Taking a picture of the kids every Sunday in their church clothes. Landing in the ER on the third day of the year is not looking promising. I just wish this little guy would get better. Photo taken with my iPhone.. And not processed since I am still sitting here watching him get poked with more needles.
hi friends! here we are, a new year, and hopefully a new me. the holiday season burnt me out. which is why this year i am putting "me" first. i've decided to document this year with a photo a day. nothing scripted, and a promised "selfie" once a week. after all, it is all about me this year right?
